By using this website or by placing an order, the customer/consumer agrees to all Terms of Use/Conditions and release Northaxe Technical from any and all liability.

Age Limitation Agreement:

Users under the age of 18 are permitted to access and use this website, but are strictly prohibited from purchasing any product that may be considered edged, pointed, or projectile, without direct supervision or consent of a legal parent or guardian. It is the customer/consumer’s responsibility to follow all local, state, and federal law.

Compliance with State and Local Laws:

All products available on this website may not be appropriate or legal for use in all jurisdictions. Customers who purchase from our website are solely responsible for compliance with all local and state laws. Certain states maintain specific restrictions regarding the sale, shipping, and use of certain products. By placing an order, you confirm that your purchase and intended use comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Northaxe Technical expressly disclaims any and all liability related to the shipment or delivery of our products into restrictive states. If a purchase or shipment is deemed unlawful or restricted in your jurisdiction, you agree that you are solely liable. We assume no responsibility or liability for any orders that are intercepted, confiscated, or penalized by state or local authorities.

Shipping Terms and Conditions:‍

Customer/consumer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Northaxe Technical meticulously inspects all products to ensure quality. All shipments are packaged conscientiously to prevent damage. Nevertheless, negligence often occurs during transit. Any damage or loss incurred due to shipping is the responsibility of the customer/consumer. As such, all products are sold “as is”, are non-returnable and are non-refundable. All sales final. Buyer assumes all risk.

Sales and Return Policy:

Due to continuing improvements, actual product may differ slightly from photos.

Customer/consumer is responsible for all sales tax where applicable.

All sales are limited to the contiguous USA. No international sales. Certain contiguous states may also be excluded.

All sales are first come, first serve and at times availability may be limited. Adding items to cart does not reserve or hold them. All items placed in cart remain available to other buyers until checkout is completed.

All Northaxe products are custom made and lead time may vary at time of order. Product lead time is dependent on prior sales and material availability. After placing order, please allow (1) week for stock items to ship. (Lead time for non-stock items can be (2) to (10) weeks depending on production status. Special arrangements can be made for large quantity or advance orders by contacting Northaxe via email.) If an item isn’t in stock, you can trust that it’s in process and that we’re following through all operations efficiently, with lead time always a priority. Regular customers trust us and you can too.

Northaxe products are manufactured in low volume production runs. They are custom made, specialty items that cannot be returned. All products have been inspected and won’t disappoint, but it’s the customer/consumer’s responsibility to be absolutely sure that the product fits their application. All products are sold “as is”, are non-returnable and are non-refundable. All sales final. Buyer assumes all risk.

Payment Information: Credit/debit card details, PayPal, or other payment processor information. (Note: We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers, payments are processed securely via Squarespace Payments.) How we use your information: Order Fulfillment: To process your payments, arrange for shipping, and provide order/invoice confirmations. Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, manage returns, and provide assistance. Northaxe Technical is not liable for any content that may be considered offensive, inappropriate, or inaccurate.

Always use caution when handling or throwing edged or pointed implements. Always make sure target is isolated and located a safe distance away from structures, vehicles, and personal property. Before throwing, make sure people and animals are a safe distance behind all throwers. Be aware of your surroundings and always respect the implement.

Choking Hazard Notification:

Certain products may include small parts not suitable for young children. Adult supervision may be required. It is the adult’s responsibility to keep all things considered harmful out of reach of any child. Northaxe Technical is not liable for injury or death caused by an incompetent or inattentive parent or guardian.

Proprietary Notification:

All products, names, and designs are sole property of Northaxe Technical and may not be used. Trademark rights have been acquired through use in commerce and establish that Northaxe Technical is the senior user. All products and information are to be considered proprietary to Northaxe Technical.
